My idea of full time income was $3000/month when I first started out, which equaled to $100/day.

Earning $100 per day can be done from a home office. All you need is planning, determination, and passion about your topic or niche.

Well, there are very many determinants to this and these include,  profitable niches, costs per click, hard work  , etc but the main one is   traffic. The number of  people visiting  your site per day is the main issue here.in this post, I am going to talk about something more than just depending on Google Adsense and waiting endlessly to cash your first check from them.

There is a lot of competition on the net, more so among the so called big boys.To stand any chance of making it alongside these big boys, you should always avoid article s based on key words already ranking high on google first pages. But try and use long and less popular key words.

For example try niches like ‘’ 10 ways to make your blog stand out ‘’, How to make your blog an affiliate haven’, ‘how to make a lot of money first time online ‘.

With this kind of key words, you can stand among the big boys though not as high as them more so when it comes to ranking on the google first list.

These kinds of key words that will attract daily visitors to your site should be really eye catching and purpose driven. Those kinds that will make suffers want to know more of what you want to bring forward or what they want to know.

CTR: Your ad Click-Through Rate is the number of ad clicks divided by the number of individual ad impressions. For example you are showing 3 ads on every page of your website, 1 page view is equal to 3 ad impressions.

CTR = Clicks / Ad Impressions X 100

Suppose, you get 9 clicks out of 900 ad impressions, your CTR would be 1% (9/900X100).

RPM: Basically it’s the calculation of how much money you made per 1000 visitors. And is based on your traffic, CTR (click-through-rate), and CPC (cost per click).
If you’re able to know your RPM, you can accurately estimate earnings potentials for higher traffic numbers, as well as the amount of traffic you’ll need to make a full-time income.

Supposing $1 CPC and a 5% CTR, how much traffic do we need to make $100 per day?
If we need 100 clicks at 5% CTR, the total traffic must be…
250 / 0.05 = 5,000.

This is of course just an estimation using very ideal metric figures. It’s not easy to maintain an average CPC of $1+. Some of my blogs get over 10% CTR, while others get under 2%. So it all depends.
